2257 Statement

masturbate-with-others.live does not act as a primary or secondary producer of images showing sexually explicit conduct, real or simulated, within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2256 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The site consists of text and simple graphics created by its operator, none of which show sexual conduct.

The embedded chat

The live chat that can be opened on the start page is operated by Coomeet as an independent service. Any images streamed there are transmitted between that service and its members in real time and are never produced, selected, edited or stored by us. Questions about age records for that service, including its compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, must be directed to the provider.
